Field Technical Services

Baxter Global Services (BGS) is a nationwide, field technical service provider for all renal (and non-renal) products manufactured and/or distributed by Baxter Healthcare. BGS has a strong tradition of providing exceptional service for our customers by helping them comply with local, state, and federal guidelines in respect to maintenance of medical devices. BGS employs 75 technical service representatives—strategically located throughout the country—that deliver onsite technical service support to your dialysis program.
